Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH (WICM GmbH) is responsible for the tourist marketing of the city of Wiesbaden and the destination WIESBADEN RHEINGAU as a city tourism destination.
In addition to national and international destination marketing, we offer event planners one of the most modern and sustainable congress centers in Germany, the RheinMain CongressCenter, with a capacity for up to 12,500 people. The Kurhaus Wiesbaden and the Jagdschloss Platte, with capacities of between 500 and 2,500 people, complement the product portfolio with two event venues with a lot of history. The three venues are the ideal locations for events of all kinds - from trade fairs and congresses to entertainment events - each with a very special ambience, excellent service and a focus on sustainability, including Green Globe certification.
The Tourist Service department has a contingent of hotel rooms (opens in a new tab), develops tourist programs such as city tours for groups or individual travelers, which are also suitable as supporting programs (opens in a new tab) for congresses or conferences, and operates Wiesbaden Tourist Information (opens in a new tab), a central point of contact for all questions relating to Wiesbaden as a tourist destination.
The WICM also organizes weekly markets, festivals, and nationally renowned events such as the Rheingau Wine Week (opens in a new tab), the Sternschnuppenmarkt (opens in a new tab) (Shooting Star Market), and the Theatrium street festival.
The online editorial team and the graphics & design department are responsible for the online platform www.wiesbaden.de and ensure a uniform external image for all municipal institutions.
