Training and studies

We will be offering training programs again starting in 2027. The application deadline is July 31, 2027!

Have you ever wondered who makes sure that the Sternschnuppen Market, the City Festival, and Rheingau Wine Week take place in Wiesbaden every year? Have you always wanted to take a look behind the scenes at major events at the RheinMain CongressCenter and the Kurhaus? Do you enjoy working with people and want to help our guests discover Wiesbaden?

We invite you to get to know Wiesbaden (or get to know it all over again) through an apprenticeship or degree program at Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH and TriWiCon.

WICM GmbH currently offers three apprenticeship programs and two dual study programs. TriWiCon offers one apprenticeship program.

Overview of the services offered by WICM GmbH and TriWiCon

Everything under control! You will take on organizational and commercial tasks such as correspondence, creating presentations, managing appointments, and purchasing external services. You will also look after customers and assist with price calculations, order processing, and invoicing. In Wiesbaden's tourism sector, you will work confidently with booking systems, organize programs for guests, and be their central point of contact to ensure they have a positive experience during their stay.

The duration of the apprenticeship or degree program is two or three years, respectively. The start date for an apprenticeship is September 1, and for a dual degree program, it is October 1 of each year. The application deadline for the next apprenticeship or degree program is July 31, 2027.

In general, these apprenticeship programs can also be completed on a part-time basis.

Our 20 trainees on average work depending on the trade, a wide variety of areas—from online editorial work, through marketing and public relations, to working in event technology or organizing WICM’s own events, such as the Rheingau Wine Week or the Sternschnuppen Market. The training program or dual study track also provides a “behind-the-scenes” look at departments such as Human Resources or Financial Accounting. In addition, WICM GmbH offers the opportunity to continue the apprenticeship at another company for a certain period, thereby allowing you to gain experience at a second company.

Here’s how it works: You’ll be involved from the very start and take on projects independently as an integral part of the team! We—employees, trainers, department heads, and our management—are always available to talk to you. We practice an “open-door policy”!

Become part of a diverse team of young and experienced professionals and benefit from the years of expertise of a training company with a 100% exam pass rate. Nowhere else will you experience Wiesbaden quite like you will with us!
