Wiesbaden committed
The "Wiesbaden Engagiert!" campaign week initiates and supports cooperation projects between companies and non-profit organizations. The campaign is coordinated by the Corporate Cooperation Department at the Office for Social Work and has been supported by WICM and TriWiCon for over 10 years.
Projects 2026
Once again this year, Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH and TriWiCon are participating in the “Wiesbaden Engagiert!” campaign week. Through two projects, employees from both companies are supporting social organizations in Wiesbaden.
facettenwerk Summer Festival
As part of the first project, colleagues helped out at facettenwerk’s summer festival on Hagenauer Straße. The organization offers people with disabilities a place to work and grow, and creates space for community, participation, and social interaction. The employees helped both with setting up and during the festival itself, including serving drinks, manning the grill station, and staffing game stations. In this way, they helped ensure that the approximately 200 guests had a joyful and wonderful day.
Volunteering at the Hospice
The second project took employees to the ADVENA hospice at the Thorsten-Goos-Haus in Wiesbaden-Erbenheim. As part of a hands-on cooking project, one group prepared salads and grilled foods for a communal lunch with residents, their families, and staff. At the same time, a “garden of life” was created in the outdoor area: planters were cleaned, prepared, and planted with herbs and seasonal flowers; a small pond was built; and minor beautification work was carried out on the terrace.
Through their efforts, WICM and TriWiCon aim not only to provide concrete assistance but also to foster connections both within and outside the company. For us, participating in “Wiesbaden Engagiert!” is an important contribution to social cohesion in the city.

What is "Wiesbaden Engagiert!"?
The "Wiesbaden Engagiert!" campaign week brings together municipal employees, companies and non-profit organizations in Wiesbaden with the aim of getting involved in joint projects during a campaign period and using their own, often manual and creative skills.
"Wiesbaden Engagiert!" celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2024 and once again set an impressive example for the social commitment of companies in the region. A new record was even set:
1,700 employees from 112 companies got involved in 138 projects at 110 charitable organizations.
Starting with a single day of action in 2005, "Wiesbaden Engagiert!" has developed into a week of action since 2014 that moves thousands of people every year and strengthens cohesion in Wiesbaden. These days are full of commitment, creative project ideas and great solidarity between the partners.
